Mike CRC

Mike qualified as a Advocate with a law masters, developing his business psychology skills with a counselling qualification and a diploma in psychometric testing. These skills combined in practice and Mike was able to follow his passion of helping people by becoming an expert in human skills management. His advice and support has been applied in large, multinational service and hotel groups as well as a consultant and non executive director for various SME operations.

This evolved into Mike acting as a corporate risk consulting, assuring and protecting the business of his clients, which Mike does in the pragmatic tradition of CRC, ‘Exactly as they are’ meaning that the organisational needs comes first. This is particularly so for the prestigious clients who have benefitted from his work in culture change, management development and employee relations.

The community is important to Mike (People and Business Matters) and as well as being a school governor and taking a leadership role in his church community, he is also an advocate in the interfaith partnership, underlying his ability to work across functions, across businesses and with all people.

Mike particularly enjoys advising, coaching and mentoring businesses that wish to enhance their established Human Resource functions or with senior managers whose businesses now need to establish an HR function.

Mike finds that his collaborative negotiations skills, knowledge and advocacy skills are particular useful for senior managers and directors seeking to find a way through.
